The CXC-1 is the balanced version of the CCC-1, developed with the goal of further improving sound quality by utilizing balanced signal transmission. The cable is based on the same advanced technology that makes the CCC-1 a benchmark for outstanding sound and adds an additional dimension of sound fidelity through its balanced construction.

Balanced Signal Transmission for Maximum Precision

The XLR connector with hollow pins enables the creation of a balanced line, distributing the signal across two separate conductors and thereby minimizing interference and distortion. This technology ensures even clearer, more precise signal transmission, particularly with longer cable lengths, offering superior sound quality.

Challenges in Construction

The development of the CXC-1 was hindered by the challenge that WBT does not offer a balanced XLR connector in the required design. This technical limitation prevented the construction of a T-type, but it did not detract from the outstanding sound quality of the CXC-1.
